This experience is more than just sitting in an ice bath. We learn to embrace discomfort with a calm focus which helps train us to manage daily life stresses in a similar manner.
Spaces become available one week in advance on our website. If the weather isn’t looking good, a decision will be made closer to the time. It is an $22 contribution towards the instructors time & ice. Any updates and changes will be posted on our Socials.
